Can I sell items embroidered with files from Embrizo?
Yes. You own the artwork you digitize and the designs you create. Only digitize artwork you have the right to use: your own, or a customer's with their permission.
Which plan suits an Etsy shop?
Most shops start on Shop: 100 design downloads a month, so every custom order gets its own file. Hobby's 20 a month suits a small shop, and Pro is unlimited.
Can I reuse a design for a repeat order?
Yes. Uploads save to My designs automatically, and downloading the same design again in any format doesn't use another download in the same month.
What if a customer's image is blurry?
Check it with the image checker first. Small or blurry photos usually need redrawing or simplifying into flat colors before they stitch well.
