Terms of Service
Last updated October 31, 2026
These terms apply when you use embrizo.com, including the digitizer, file converters, free tools and optional accounts. By using Embrizo you agree to them.
The service
Embrizo turns images into machine embroidery files and converts, previews and calculates embroidery designs, all in your browser. It is free to use. We may add, change or remove features, and we may limit use to keep the service fast and fair for everyone, for example the number or size of designs an account can save.
Accounts
You don’t need an account to use Embrizo. If you create one, sign in with an email address or Google account that belongs to you, keep access to it secure and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time from My designs.
Your images and designs
You keep all rights to the images you digitize and the designs you create. Images are processed on your device and are not uploaded. When you save a design, you allow us to store it and show it back to you only so we can provide the service; we don’t claim any ownership of it.
Only digitize artwork you have the right to use. Logos, brand names, characters and other artwork are often protected by copyright or trademark. You are responsible for having permission to reproduce, stitch and sell anything you make with Embrizo.
Acceptable use
Please don’t:
- use Embrizo to break the law or to infringe anyone’s intellectual property or other rights;
- try to access other people’s accounts or data, or get around limits and security measures;
- overload, disrupt or scrape the service with automated means, or use it to send spam;
- resell or re-host the service itself, or present it as your own.
We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.
Embroidery files and stitch-outs
Embroidery files are generated automatically. Results depend on your artwork, settings, fabric, stabilizer, thread and machine, so always check the preview and sew a test before stitching on a final garment. Machine compatibility is described as a guide only. We are not responsible for damage to fabric, garments, thread, needles or machines, or for lost materials or time.
Third-party services
Sign-in, data storage and analytics are provided by Google services, which have their own terms. Brand and machine names on this site belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility; Embrizo is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
Disclaimer
Embrizo is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that saved designs will never be lost, so keep your own copies of important files.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Embrizo and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or materials, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to US$50. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you; nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let signed-in users know. Continuing to use Embrizo after a change means you accept the new terms. You can stop using the service at any time, and we may stop offering it; if we do, we will try to give you reasonable notice to download your saved designs.
